All American Title & Escrow Company, L.C. is owned by John E. and Leslie Overholt Carter.  Mrs. Leslie Overholt Carter has extensive prior employment experience with banks and mortgage companies which she utilizes to assist the lender in closing those difficult transactions and her prior processing experience allows her to set up procedures at All American Title that streamline the transaction for the lender and the client.  In addition to owning All American Title, Mr. Carter owns a construction company and holds a class A construction license from the Commonwealth of Virginia.  A class A license is the highest license available to construction companies, and allows Mr. Carter and his company to construct buildings of any size at any location in Virginia.  Mr. Carter is involved in real estate development projects as an investor and developer.  Mr. and Mrs. Carter both possess a title insurance underwriter's license issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Carter, P.C. only represent All American Title and do not represent the clients of All American Title and can not give any legal opinions to the clients of All American Title during any settlement transaction.
